Check the pantry and fridge, write out shopping list for the weekly meal. Gather coupons, attach coupons to the list, arrive to the store only to realize you FORGOT the list and coupons on the bathroom sink! How? Because you made a pitstop to the bathroom before rushing out to the store! Question: How was YOUR day? :-)

Bought a pair of pajamas for Gracen. Super Clearance price! $3 and DJ said they're only for boys! Why? Because they have dinosaurs on the pajamas. For $3, they are going to be worn by my baby girl! Why pay $10 for the princess pajamas when you can get dinosaur pajamas for $3 :).

Canoeing Adventures! ONLY BOYZ!

DJ and I went canoeing today and started out great. Half way down we hit an underwater log and flipped. No sweat, the river isn't deep until DJ stepped off the sand bar and got swept by the current. He screams HELP and tries to swim but the current pulled him away as I'm trying to get to him. I got hung up on log but luckily he drifted right into a tree and was able to climb up. Scared the mess out of me watching him try to swim out as he was being pulled away. All of our stuff got wet, hurt my leg jumping that log, I lost my cell phone when we flipped and these are the only pictures from the trip.  All in all it was a good teaching moment afterwards. I explained that it was OK to be scared but we have to use our brains when things like that happen.

I don't like Square pizza!! Dominos advertised FREE artisan style pizza on FB so I thought it would be a nice after school treat for DJ. After we picked up the pizza! He starts whining saying the pizza is square! He only wants round pizza! LOL! This boy is too funny! Needless to say, darrin ate the pizza when he got home from work!
