Pensacola Information

Banana Cranberry Bread! Super Easy

2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. cranberries (or any fruit you desire)
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 self-rising flour
3 mashed bananas (must be RIPE)
Grease loaf pan with Pam Spray
Combine (blend) all ingredients and pour into loaf pan
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
Remove from oven, allow to cool and serve.
Optional toppings:
*ice cream
*whipped cream
Enjoy

Ways to make money-DJ style.

CIO (cry it out) advice needed.

Email received from a friend: **I need advice! I've been letting my baby cry it out for about 4 days now. She's crying/screaming for like 2 hours. And If she does fall asleep, it's for like 30 min tops before she's crying again! Any ideas? I really need her out of my bed! I have gone w/out sleep for far too long!

Sweet Friends and Promises!

When I was pregnant with Gracen, my friend's daughter wore the cutest dress to playgroup.
As soon as I saw the dress, I fell in love with it. In a joking but, very serious way, I mentioned to my friend to save the dress just in case I had a girl.
She PROMISED if I had a girl, the dress would be mine. Well, she kept good on her promise.
Look what arrived in the mail a few days ago!
Wow!!!! What a beautiful surprise.
I have the most thoughtful friends and she never backed out of her promise.
How sweet is this? Awwww thank you again Jenn. You are the best.
I can't wait until she old enough to wear it. We will cherish it for years to come.

Random Acts of Kindness

I was in the parking lot of the shopping mall and miss gracen decides to have the WORST diaper blow out ever.  My goodness, I am usually prepared but, today of all days, I thought it would be a quick run to the store to get a few things.  NOT THE CASE at all.

While cleaning up the mess, a dad shows up going into his car and asks if he can help me.  I thought OH YOU don't even want to come over here!  Needless to say, I told him  I really needed a plastic bag to put all of this crap in.  I thought for sure he was going to say WHAT THE HELL is going on up in here!  NOPE.  He just rummaged through his trunk for me and gave me a bag and bid me good luck!  WOW!  There are nice people in this world.  Thank You to the random guy who helped me in the parking lot today!

Another one bites the dust!!!

DJ's tooth was so loose, it was hanging on by a thread.  I had to snatch it out and well, let's just say, Daddy took it harder than anyone!  LOL!  Awwwwww poor DJ.  Good thing there will be CASH under the pillow by morning.

Ok, so this Lady at my church saw my bag this weekend and every time she saw me during the conference, she said i love love love your bag!
Guess what I did!
I went out to my car, dumped the contents in a target bag and then went back in and gave her the purse.
Her eyes were wide as saucers! Why would I keep the bag when she truly wanted it!?? It sounds crazy but a voice said, give her the bag!
The funny part, i didn't even know her all that well.
All i said was "here" smiled and kept on walking!
She's probably thinking...like what just happened??
huh?? What??? LOL!
I didn't want to stick around, I just walked away so fast and it felt good!
Do I miss the bag? No way!!!

The recent episode of Extreme Couponing has been the buzz all over the internet.
It's very interesting to watch and you will learn a few ideas on how to build your stockpile OR how NOT to build your stockpile depending on what side of the fence you're choosing this month.
My personal preference for now, I would like to build a small, realistic and manageable stockpile of household staples.

and anything else I am able to get for less than $1 of course!
