Well Baby Checkups

We took Gracen for her Well Baby Checkup.  The doctor was very thorough with her questions and checkpoints.   Baby girl passed all of her milestones checkpoints and the doctor was quite impressed she sat still and didn't cry or squirm.

My baby is very curious.  She was so intrigued by all the gadgets and lights!

The doctor checked three times at the measurements and said, WOW her head is in the 97th percentile. Does this mean my baby has a BIG HEAD?

She passed the time away by flipping the pages in this baby faces book.

We are playing catch up with her shots. She received her 6 month shots today! OUCH is right. She cried and then went to sleep. Awww....Sweet Baby Gracen!

aww, she looks so sweet and patient! I hate the shots part :/ Oh and her head has to be large enough to accommodate her big brain since she is so brilliant!

The last pic brought back memories.

I remember the times I'd gone to the doctor and my daughters had gotten shots in their thighs. They both cried like a baby. I felt so sad for 'em. As the needle penetrated, they gave this strange look like, "What in the world?"

LOL!

aww she's so cute, I feel so bad for shots:( then they look at you, like "mom, did you see what Dr just did?! HELP ME!" My oldest son NEVER cried, but my little one...oh so sad:(

Glad we're not the only ones with a big headed baby. *lol* (you know I'm jus playin!) I agree with the 1st commenter on the reason behind it!

Did you opt to get an H1N1? I was hesitant but the doc insisted it was completely safe so we went for it. I've never had a flu shot and have only gotten the flu once. I'm already scared of immunizations so getting her the H1N1 put me over the edge.

Ohhh you had the awesome doctor. I love that doctor and I've been lucky she see's both of my little girls. She's very knowledgable and such a good bedside manner don't ya think?

I didn't do the flu or H1N1 shot for either of my girls. I pray I made the right decision. Last year I did get the flu shot for both of my girls. No one hs been in our house for the last 6 months or so and I pray it continues and that we don't end up getting slammed before I didn't get those shots.
