It means putting yourself first and making sure you are ok. Something alot of us women neglect because we worry about our families.

It means taking the time out to remember to have your mammogram, and to do your part, as a woman, by donating to the cause.

support, remind, donate etc...We actually go through tons of the lithium batteries every week, but I can't enter that way because hubby saves the reciept for business purposes. What a great give-away.

Breast Cancer Awareness means to schedule a yearly mammogram, to check for lumps, and to eat nutritious foods and take care of yourself!

I have really become aware of breast cancer this year because of all the wonderful marketing that is being done. I am saving my Yoplait lids and trying to help out all the efforts to find a cure.

Self exams and mammograms.

Congratulations on the baby! I've missed you and sorry I haven't been around.

Well, it means to me supporting the cause by purchasing items where the proceeds are donated to the fund as well as getting regular mammograms.
