Welcome to the world of Bella Sara, a trading card game that has captured the hearts of young girls across the country, offering positive inspirational messages and selling more than 83 million cards to date.
I decided to get DJ and Mackenna's opinion regarding the cards.
They were very eager to provide their viewpoints:
Me: What do you think about the cards?
Mackenna: I like them a lot.
DJ: Aren't these for girls? I don't like them.
Me: What do you like about them?
Mackenna: I like the horses and unicorns.
DJ: I like the horses and unicorns too.
Me: Is there anything you would change about the cards?
Mackenna: Yes! I would add sparkles and glitter.
DJ: I would add some boy cards so I can play with them too.
Me: Do you think these are cards your mommy would buy for you?
Mackenna: Yes! I want her to buy some today. Where can we get them from?
DJ: I want some too. Do they have any blue packs at the store?
I asked Mackenna's mommy her feedback about the cards.
Me: How much would you pay for these cards?
Mackenna's mommy: no more than $2
Me: What if the starting price was $2.99 would you consider buying them?
Mackenna's mommy: I would consider it.
Me: The trading cards come with codes that your child can go online and unlock a series of features of fun.
Me: Would you consider allowing your child to use the computer to go online and navigate the website?
Mackenna's mommy: Yes, I would allow her to use the computer but, only with my assistance.
Me: Is there anything you would like to suggest about the cards?
Mackenna's mommy: The cards should be waterproof/laminated. Younger kids might damage the cards from rough handling. Overall the cards are cute and the concept is great.
