Me: Baby girl has acne bumps all over her face
My husband: Wipe her pee diapers on her face
Me: I refuse to respond to that.
My husband: What??? Come on now, this is a tried and true remedy. Call my mom. She will confirm.
Me: LONNNNNG STAAAARE!
Question: What are your tried and true remedies for baby acne? Have you ever heard of or tried pee pee diapers on the face?

Never heard that one but my hubby
swears on his life baby pee cures earaches.... needless to say... he continues to get that long stare
okay hell no! lol! I have never tried it but hear that it works. I used the unscented baby Aveeno and it did the trick. I think it's one of those things that goes away on its own...eventually!
I hear it works well. Do some research before you totally shun the thought. http://www.amazon.com/Water-Life-J-W-Armstrong/dp/8177691384
I don't know about any pee diapers on the face but Alyssa just walked over here and said, "Hey mama! That's a cute baby" :-)
Why can't you find what you need at Walgreens?
Try it! You never know!
Gabe had that and it turned out to be a topical yeast/thrush infection which shortly thereafter was raging in his mouth.
Never heard of that one. I probably wouldn't try it, because then my family would come over and kiss her face, and then they'd go home and swear that baby smelled like pee and I wasn't cleaning her good.
Jayla had it too, we just waited for it to clear up, but it took a while.
I heard of pee diapers on grown folks acne not on the bebe's face! lol. From experience, you'll have to wait it on out. It's normal, just make sure she's not exposed to any irritants. I like using method baby products found at Target. If he cheeks start drying and cracking, raw shea butter helps keep them moisturized.
