When I had DJ, I rarely left the house until he was about 4 months old. I was able to be a hermit. My daughter was a teenager (driving, schooling and working) there wasn't a need for me to be all over town transporting her.
Now that we have Gracen, I am on the go all the time. With a preschooler and family events to attend, she is always on the go. You would think by now, she would be used to the carseat.
That would be a big fat zero. She instantly gets this FACE! HaHa!
Gotta love it. She's a trooper. She just rolls with the punches and if the trip is too long, she will SCREAM to remind us she's still back there.
Question: Do your babies LOVE their carseats? Do you have any toys/mirrors for them to look at during the car ride?

my lil' 3 mo old nephew does the same thing. i think they don't like the head rest thing. i dunno...

We just chose a car seat/stroller this weekend for our registry. I am hoping that Baby likes it (I do!) but who knows? I did get a mirror but no toys. I guess I'll see if I need them.

Boogie has given us no squish faces, lol. No toys, just a mirror when he was rear facing.
NO mirrors or anything. Luckily the other 2 kids keep her entertained! I love that smooshed look.
She's unhappy because she can't see mommy but once they're faced forward they seem happier
Kind of like she's trying to puff up her tummy so the seat belt won't fit around it...lol
